Kindwind flicked her tail, shuffled her feet and did everything a cat could do before whispering in the tinyest voice,
"Joining ThunderClan."

Fishtail did his best to stay calm. Surprised surged through him, but he didnt let it show.

Fishtail dipped his head in thanks even though she could not see it.

"Because she doesnt love you back?"

KindWind swivled her head to catch Fishtail's footfalls. She rose quickly and fell instep with him.
"Where are you going?" She asked. Kindwind allowed herself to just barely touch him so she wouldnt loose him if he turned.

Fishtail lightly rested his tail on her shoulder to guide her a bit more while they headed towards the camp exit.
Deep inside himself, Fishtail almost wished Waterclaw saw them. He was finally happy without her.

Oh, but I did. I woke up after being jolted in a dream i was having. I was scanning the camp when i saw Kindwind and Fishtail.
My fur bristled at that and a low growl made its way out.
"Waterclaw whats wrong?" Brokewind asked as he woke.
"Hmm? Nothing." I lied.
"Good, now sleep, you need it." He purred, licking my cheek, for i, as most, was bearing kits.
