not really

it doesnt happen often, but sometimes cats just leave their clan and join another. Tawnypelt left Thunderclan because her dad was Tigerstar, and she was tired of being treeted like she might turn evil, so she went and joined Shadowclan, which was under Tigerstar's rien at the time

but the clan you want to join has to except you
