Rakki's Tree Den

This is the tree that a wise old snake lives in. He is often sout out for advise.

I padded around, scenting and trying to find Rakki the old snake.
"Rakki! Its Lilack!"

[Gavina]

ooc: why not some old baboon known to Simba? XD

"Yesss, how may i help thissss Lilack you ssspeak of?"

[Cloverkat]

"Rakki you old snake, its Lilack the tiger. The one who you helped find the way to the watering hole when she was only a cub. Remember?" i almost purred. He had showed me to the place that was now my home.

[Gavina]

"Ah yessss, I remember you." Rakki said, slithering down the tree. "What can old Rakki do for you? sssssss"

[Cloverkat]

"Im having horrible dreams. I just had to kill Aikyan the panther. Now he is haunting my dreams" i admitted

[Gavina]

He nodded, his tounge barely touching Lilack's nose.
"It isss to be expected of one ssssso young. You have dreamsss becausssse you feel guilt for what you were forcccced to do."

[Cloverkat]

"But i wasnt forced. It was of my own wil." i almost growled

[Gavina]

"Not if you think clearly. Had you not done what you did, he woul have killed you both."

[Cloverkat]

"How can i think clearly when my mind is clouded with guilt and his dreams?!"

[Gavina]

"Breathe and think of the future, the presssent." He replied, fixing one eye on her.

[Cloverkat]

I breathed in deeply, trying to think of the past, i closed my eyes. Horific images of Akyan's face surounded by blood filled my mind. Gasping, my eyes flew open.

[Gavina]

"Ah ah ah, i sssssaid the presssent, not the passsst." The old snake hissed.

[Cloverkat]

"But we must look to the past to know the future" i countered

[Gavina]

"No." Said the snake with a little force. "It isss only the presssent that can change the future. The passst wasss the presssent onccce yessssss. But that issss why it changed the future. The passst issss not but memoriesss now."

ooc: what more do you want?! lol him to say "yeah u killed him. your fault not mine go suffer."

NRR: my characters are dificult XD

A thought flashed through my mind.
The past may have made what you are today, but it doesnt make what you are tomorrow.
I closed my eyes again and tried to think of what may come and the possibilities.

NRR: i thought of that saying last night after watching Night at The Musuem 2

ooc: that movie is just now getting to my towns theater!!!

As she was thinking, the old snake silently slipped back up the tree.

[Cloverkat]

After about 5 minutes my eyes fluttered open.
"How did that help?" i mewed to Rakki before i noticed he was gone.

[Gavina]

I gave one last look around and stalked back off to the watering hole.
